The Golf Lab Shipping Policy
Pricing
- Free shipping for orders $75 AUD and above within Australia.
- $10 AUD flat rate for orders under $74.99 AUD within Australia.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Australia Post rates.
Dispatch
- Orders are packed and prepared for shipping within 24 hours of payment. If out of stock, we will contact you.
- Some items may require up to 14 days to ship, noted in the product listing.
Shipping Method
- We use Australia Post for domestic and international shipments. Large items are shipped via Couriers Please.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Order Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Please keep it as proof of purchase.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Estimated delivery times are provided at order placement and are subject to approval. Standard shipping within Australia: $10 for orders under $75, free for orders $75 and above.
- Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery dates may vary due to shipping practices and other factors.
Tracking
- All orders within Australia and international orders with Australia Post include tracking. You will receive a tracking link once shipped.
International Customs and Duties
- International orders may incur customs duties and taxes. The Golf Lab is not responsible for these charges. All fees are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
- If your package is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately at hello@thegolflab.com.au.
Missing or Lost Packages
- If your package is missing, check common courier hiding spots and with neighbors. If not found, contact hello@thegolflab.com.au.
