📘 The Golf Lab — FAQs

How do I book a session at The Golf Lab?

Public: Book through our Public Booking Portal. After payment, you'll receive a temporary door code to access the facility 24/7.

Members: Book through the Member Portal. Members do not use door codes — access is via the OpenPath app.

How do I access the facility?

Members: Use the OpenPath app, which unlocks the door automatically via Bluetooth.

Public: Receive a one-time door code valid for the time of your booking.

Please enter alone and don’t allow others to tailgate inside.

How many people can use a bay?

There’s no strict limit on group size, but we recommend booking extra time if more people are playing.

Full Members can bring 2 guests per week at no extra charge.

What’s included in a simulator session?

All bookings include full access to TrackMan practice range, shot data, club data, on-course play, and games. Please bring your own clubs, and ensure shoes and grips are clean.

Do you offer coaching, clinics and on-course lessons?

Yes PGA Professional private lessons, junior clinics, women’s programs, beginner pathways and on-course lessons at Queenscliff Golf Club. All coaching can be booked through the relevant portal.

Do you offer club fittings and repairs?

We offer premium TaylorMade fittings using TrackMan. We are currently working on adding more fitting brands.

We also provide club repairs including regripping, reshafting, lie/loft adjustments and general maintenance.

Full Membership:

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime.

However, late cancellations or cancelling for no valid reason close to your start time may incur a fee, as your booking prevents others from accessing the bay. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
